In the Brooklyn’s Manor Lease agreement, we as the company sign a corporate lease with you (the Property Owner) at this point we are the lease holder and responsible for the monthly rent obligation. With your permission (Addendum presented with your lease agreement,) we then provide short-term housing solutions for our top-tier traveling professionals in need of a short-term housing solution.

Partnering with booking platforms means more exposure for your rental property to be seen and booked and bring you consistent revenue.
